The location was great and the price was fair. Owner was very responsive whenever we reached out.

There were things that could have been explained better in the listing that impacted our stay: - Parking is on-street, and the street is very busy, parking not always available - The busy street created a lot of noise, especially in the front bedroom or living room if you wanted to crack the windows for air - The only full bath with a shower is on the ground floor behind the kitchen, far from all the bedrooms. - Bed arrangements end up being a king and 2 twins on the 2nd floor with a half bath (toilet/sink only) and a full/queen bed on the third floor attic, which has very steep stairs and no bathroom. There were multiple people in our party that could not navigate the attic stairs, leading us to have to make changes to our sleeping arrangements.
