Overall the house was wonderful. Perfect location to restaurants and the beach. Only complaint needs for kitchen items. Pots and pans and utensils. There were a few minor repairs that needed to be fixed (vent in ceiling loose and hanging, locks in doors not working) which I reported on leaving. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was exactly as listed! House was open, airy and good views from balconies. Easy check in and out. No issues at all. Beach just short walk and great restaurant right next door. Beds were comfy and clean. Quiet area and every thing very clean. Would definitely recommend!!

House was just as nice in person as it is in the pictures. Location was excellent (in the heart of everything) easy access to the beach.

Had an incredible weekend with friends here at the beach! Made so many memories on the beach, the private pool, and the beautiful main living area!
The house was beautiful, clean and so easy to work with.
Our one complaint was that in some of the bedrooms with skylights is was bright in the mornings. Otherwise, it was great!

House was great but the views from the living room are of a parking lot. When you sit in the chairs on the patio you can't see any ocean because of the pony wall. I wish they had the wire cables on the deck for the wall on the main floor like they did on the 3rd and 4th floor so you can sit outside and actually see a slice of the ocean. Nice house but they need more lounging space in the living room. There is plenty of room for more furniture but instead there is a huge empty space. All in all a good time and nice place.

This is a new property that still needs a few finishing touches but it is an A+ unit.
4 floors, 3 balconies with ocean views , excellent kitchen and appliances. All bedrooms are king beds with private baths and there is a private pool. Walk out your door and you are steps away from the beach. Will definitely stay again.
(Only suggestion is some family games, etc that stay with property, maybe. Book with Wi-Fi password and local favorite suggestions, and some dressers or similar in the second floor bedrooms even if located in closet. )

This property is very new and absolutely beautiful. Our family had a wonderful time and when we needed help the property managers were easy to reach and very responsive.
Easy access to the beach and the CoastAL restaurant/bar next door has a great atmosphere. Would highly recommend staying here again.

3 bedrooms on second floor are small and should have some type of dresser for clothes storage, but given the size of the bedrooms, that may not be possible. Property was very nice and definitely clean. Kitchen area was very nice!!

Overall a very clean house with easy access to beach. Brand new condition. Parking and management company were great. Down side: lack of window coverings with lack of privacy from living room view of adjacent condo parking lot. Black out shade need to be added to bedrooms. I would stay at the Bluffs again but I’d pick one of the four that looks out onto beach.
