This is a perfect setting with a free shuttle to Vail village. Breakfast was great every morning. The only downside was the cost of parking was a little steep, however the free shuttle makes up for the parking cost. The front desk girl provided me with a map. Even told me to check out the fall colors via Independence Pass and Aspen. Very friend and inviting staff. Room were nice bigger than I was expecting.

We checked in and was informed about parking at $45. We weren't aware at times of booking. We called down to the front desk to ask for a late check out and was abrasively told no. This is a benefit that is provided to Bonvoy members.

The staff were AMAZING!
The appliances in the kitchen were not unfortunately. I was not able to use the refrigerator because it was not working. I had to make different plans for meals that I would have cooked in the hotel kitchen.

We loved our stay here! The hotel is super clean and in a great location. The free shuttle was so easy and convenient. We traveled with our two small children and had the best time. We definitely will stay again.

Everything is fine. The hotel charges $50 for parking, which the policies mention. I was there in the off-season, and to pay $50 for parking in an essentially empty parking structure seems like a rip-off. They should mention the $50 up front and not bury it in the policies. The breakfast was excellent, and rooms were very comfortable and spacious.

There was no mention of a charge for parking anywhere on there website. An exorbitant amount of $49.23 was charged to my credit card for parking my vehicle. Had I known this prior I would have stayed elsewhere. Very disappointing, I could have filled my vehicle with that money or even payed for a couple of meals. I will not recommend them to any of my friends and family because of this.

Excellent service, full breakfast, and the van is a plus, it's free, you can go to Village Vail and LionsHead and they pick up you when you call to the front desk. Great service!!!

I booked a balcony room but got a different room instead. They switched me to a balcony room the next day but I did get a refund for the first night. Apart from this little inconvenience, everything else was great. They also have electric charging stations which is completely free. I had a rental plug in hybrid car and was able to use their charging stations.

AC the bartender was so helpful and knowledgeable. We felt like we were at home. We will go back as soon as possible. This was the best stay we have had in Vail the past few summers. We have always stayed in town but staying several blocks outside of town was a much better experience.

The room was a decent size with a kitchen so one could prepare a meal. The bed was comfortable with soft sheets and good pillows and comforter.
What was not good was the air filtration was pumping in a sweet smell that permeated the whole room. The smell was not present in the hallway.
The food offered at the bar was a very limited and unimaginative menu. The dinner was mediocre at best. That said, the breakfast, which was included in the cost of the stay, was very good with lots of choices and delicious muffins and bagels.
The other issue is that the hotel had a $45 parking fee per night even during the off season.
There was a nice outdoor space with fireplace on the fourth floor, but the area faced the I-70 highway so to sit outside was extremely noisy and unpleasant.

I was given basically a small apartment with a balcony and kitchenette, fully equipped at a competitive price. The area is scenic, quiet and safe. The hotel was first-class and a full breakfast was provided. The only downside is a $45 a night parking fee. Otherwise, this hotel is outstanding.

A lovely room, very nicely appointed. The bed and the couch were hard as rocks unfortunately. We had booked the wrong date and they graciously moved us to the day we arrived and we were very pleased with how he handled it
