Location to Disneyland-Paris a e had a direct bus available for to and fro to the Disney parks.

The washing machine and microwave were not functional. You should keep some simple units when you just turn the knob and use.

pillows, need new ones. too lumpy and only get 1 pillow each, every soft don't feel like your head is on one

The location was really good for what we wanted to do. It was about 10 to 15 minutes to disneyland and also very close for good restaurants. We have got good recommendations from our host. We got our own parking space in a private carpark and all essentials are available.

The shower head is not fixed to the shower. Was a bit faulty so had to hold it to have a shower. However the water flow was powerful and warm. The sofa can be turn into a bed so our little one got his own space. The master bed I find was abit squeaky and we had to take the bins out ourselves. Even tho they have cleaners coming in to clean after we leave.

Travelled here with my family in January. My flight was delayed by 12 hours and the host waited until 1.30am to meet me and make sure everything was ok for us to settle in. I will definitely return and cannot express how highly I rate the whole experience here..def recommend if travelling to EuroDisney

Very nice apartment, just like home. We traveled with our 2 year old daughter and it had everything we needed. The apartment was spacious and the cot could fit into the bedroom easily. The apartment was warm and all facilities functioned. Our reception from Mamadou was wonderful, he was so friendly and accommodating. We took an uber from the house to disneyland and the mall and didn't have any problems getting around. Could have honestly spent my whole trip here.

Facilities were very good.

Facilities good but no instructions on use, which was frustrating. The microwave looked new but could not identify how to turn on. Coffee machine similar. Voile curtains not thick enough to feel you had privacy. Duvet for one bed was dirty and had to be changed. Our complaint had to be redirected and no apology received. No written information available on how to get to Disney Park and any local facilities. The shops closed for the summer holidays. Our three day stay would have been more made enjoyable had basic information been made available. No concierge service obvious when needing to complain about duvet. Text preferred method of communication.
