Stayed 2 nights with family of 5. Kids were happy not to share beds. Easy location for airport, downtown restaurants/shopping & outer area adventuring. Appreciated washer/dryer, kitchen essentials & outdoor bbq. Hosts were very accommodating. Would stay again.

Our family of four needed one night stay in Anchorage after traveling the Kenai peninsula and Denali and this was perfect place for a nice hot shower with lots of pressure, washer and dryer and convenient location. Took a short walk down Harvard to cute little park with great view.

Beautiful property with many extras but in a neighborhood that was not quiet overnight. Unusually warm day perhaps a small fan would have helped.

Quaint home, very quiet neighbourhood. Owners are very easy and very willing to make stay extremely comfortable. The 4 of us adults had plenty of room and then some.

Lovely little place for our family to stay for the day/night between our train and flight. Clean and cozy, great communication with Alan.

This place was amazing for our first family vacation. Its close to downtown with easy access to everything to do in Anchorage, clean and has everthing you need to feel right at home. The host was willing to help with any and all your needs. 10/10 would recommend.

Alan and Portia’s place is convenient to downtown and train depot. It has everything you need and some very nice extras. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive to our needs. Two thumbs up!

Super clean, super nice house in a great neighborhood that is very convenient to downtown. This is my new favorite neighborhood to stay in while in Anchorage and I hope to stay at this house again.

This was the perfect place for our overnight stay in Anchorage. It was a short drive over the bridge to downtown to wonderful restaurants and the theater where we watched "Six." The home had lovely amenities and comfortable beds, and our hosts were very friendly and responsive. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and so cute, and the hosts were so nice! The walkways were shoveled and well maintained! We would absolutely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay with very responsive hosts. Plenty of room for everyone and a full kitchen that has everything you need. Lots of areas to charge your electronics to include outlets and many USB ports. Very easy access to downtown Anchorage and the perfect spot to watch the New Years Eve fireworks from the warmth of the living room.

The property is very nice, clean and had nice extras such as shampoo, body wash, blow dryer and Coffee. But the best was the host she was amazing, I was having surgery and host asked how I was doing and if I needed anything. The washer(dryer was nice too, meant I can go home with clean laundry. Will definitely stay here again!

This place had everything we needed away from home. The beds were very comfortable, and they were very responsive and helpful when we needed something. We are looking forward to staying here next year.

We had a nice time here! It had everything we needed and the hosts provided some nice extras. Convenient and close to downtown for good dining and shopping. Wonderful shower, good amount of sleeping areas for a family. Great place!

Four of us had a wonderful stay here. The host is very accommodating, responsive, and friendly. The house was clean, well appointed, very comfortable, and in a convenient location in a residential neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

This was a fantastic home in a convenient location. Very clean, well cared for & everything you need. Wine & water & coffee & creamers provided as well. Hosts were very responsive. We had an issue with the TV & Alan was there in 30 min. Turns out the problem was us & not the TV. You will hear trains & airplanes but they did not bother us & would still stay here again.

Exactly what we needed for a family of 5. Clean, roomy, quite/safe/clean neighborhood. Had lots of nice extra's like ice, coffee, tea, Bluetooth speaker, junk drawer with batteries, toothbrushes, ect for all to take if needed. Host was very responsive and even hooked me up with my favor drink! This is the place to stay in Anchorage if your traveling with family!!!

Home away from home. Everything we needed plus so many thoughtful touches. Amazing shower! The towel warmer was something especially unexpected. Right next to a large park with slight view of the mountains. Great place to stay. I dont want to leave.
