J’avais booké le logement 3 mois avant pour le motoGP lorsque les prix étaient encore abordables. Le jour de mon arrivée ils ont annulé ma chambre sans me prévenir pour prendre les réservations plus chères (prix x3). Ils n’ont pas du tout essayé de trouver une solution et m’ont laissé à la rue. À éviter sincèrement !

Location , room had bad oder , flush was not work ing , lift was not functional , only 1 towel kept for 2 person room.

It has been a great stay over your hotel. I rank you number one out of five if I have to rate it in stars. One suggestion as your restaurant is attached with the hotel, kindly reduce the price of recipes in your restaurant as the rent was affordable and economic but restaurant charges were expensive for the normal middle class people. If you want to succeed in Hotel business and rise above your competitors, you should have separate types of rooms for separate classes and menus too in different ranges.

One more thing, window panes were very large and within the range where one can fall accidently after opening the window. Please either cover the window with grill or make its lock very tough which can't be opened easily by kids. And reduce the total size of the window, that is, it should start from the height of average human body's middle part so that it becomes safe for all.

Very neat and clean property 😃 and staff was very friendly nature 🙂
