The location is great, lots of services nearby and close to the Subway. We did not have any issue with the street noise. The apartment was clean and confortable.

The entrance is certainly not the best but is not terrible and not as big of a deal As It seems. As noted by the owner theres not much they can do and the price compensates for It.

The staff is very helpful. Near to central London. Near to shops (Tesco, Iceland etc), Near to public transports.

The location is near busy road, with lots of people walking around. At night, seems a bit unsafe.

Our stay was very nice. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped and there are cleaning supplies. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable and warm. The heating is easy to use and works perfectly. The same with Wi-Fi. The instructions to enter were also clear and simple. If you are a tourist and you are looking for a flat where you only go to rest because you are going to be away all day, it is very good. The owner was very friendly and attentive all the time. We were going to arrive earlier than expected and he did us the favor of checking in before 3:00 p.m. at no additional cost, which we greatly appreciated.

To say the least, the refrigerator door hangs down if you're not careful and the sofa bed is very uncomfortable depending on how you position yourself. However, these problems are easy to solve and did not spoil our stay.

Apartment was clean

- Host didn't show up in person, and left key in not safe area for us to pick - Leakage from the kitchen area, (toilet) water from the ceiling - Boiler didn't work, and there was no hot water in the apartment for short period of time - The oven was so old that the numbers were wiped off, and the host was just guessing what we should do We were only compensated 50 GBP refund for all these issues in the 5 days we stayed.
