Location was very good. Pools were excellent.

Impossible to get an early checkin before 4pm…even if the the room is ready hours before. Also, not permitted to use any facilities before 4pm while waiting for your room (& nowhere to store luggage). If you get there early, there is literally nothing to do. If you don’t want to lose an entire day, I suggest staying at a hotel. Bed & pillows were hard in this unit and it did not have any pool towels like other units.
