Modern. Quiet. Clean,

Peaceful little site in a convenient location a short distance from a big Co-op and the lively village centre. Our apartment was very clean and had all we needed. Close to both the estuary and hills.

We were obviously too dumb for the smart TV and couldn't figure out how to get it to work without any instructions. Because the apartment was built into the hillside it didn't have any views at all and small rear windows under the ceiling which can't really be opened.

Very spacious, well-equipped cottage that made the perfect base for our Welsh adventures. kitchen/bathroom were immaculate and we were happy with how everything was presented. The location is fantastic too as almost everything is an easy drive away.

Mattress in the main bedroom was not the most comfortable especially after a long hike or outdoor adventure. Would book again and recommend, though!

It was a very clean sight staff was very friendly didn't interfere with us at all we had a lovely stay we had to pay £100 deposit which was returned to us before we left everything about our stay was really nice the small town was within walking distance and Barmouth was a short drive away which was a lovely place too everywhere we went and people we encountered were so friendly I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone go see for yourself don't just take my word for it, J Roberts.

Everything it was great around Although we couldn't get many channels on the TV but we wasn't there to watch TV

Superb views, friendly staff especially Sue who met us with a smile and helped us with our exit also. The complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely surprise and the apartment was very well organised and equipped, on the whole we had a lovely week.
