Crabbing trip with just the guys. Place was clean but not too clean to make it uncomfortable for relaxing with the guys. We'll be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect - it was walking distance to everything, and just a short walk to enter the beach. The ocean views were beautiful. The only drawbacks would be that the washing machine did not work, there was some rotted boards on the deck, and the BBQ was in poor shape (so we didn’t use it). However, for the price charged, it was well worth it. The property management was extremely responsive to the laundry issue, and even took the laundry and did it for us.

Great location. Very clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds and furniture. The downstairs bedroom/suite was great for the kids.

We had a great time exploring Yachats for the weekend. The house is walking distance to everything the town has to offer. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need to make a nice meal. The only thing to note that was unclear in the listing is that one of the four bedroom's and the second bath is in a detached in law type suite with separate outdoor entry. This is also the only place there is a full sized fridge/freezer. The main kitchen only has a small drawer style fridge.
