The staff at the guest house is fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful, and always available. The bed was super comfy. The quality of bedding,bed linen and sleep comfort is top-notch.The blankets given are super warm .We spend the night without any hesitation.All the windows are covered by curtains.The floor is fully carpeted and specially the grass carpet in the balcony is great.The room was spacious and clean.The quality of your toiletries and bathroom amenities is superb.The rooms are pure white and nicely painted. “The welcoming atmosphere here is a breath of fresh air.”The atmosphere and ventilation is great. No noises around.very calm and quiet place.Walking distance to everything downtown(supermarkets,taxis,bars,liquor shops,groceries,clothing shops) or just order a tutuk to go to center.Or else we can go to the center by bus for a cheaper price .There are lots of buses going from 5 mins to 5 mins said by Mr.Chamal. Beautiful room, great ambiance in the hotel dining room . We have free breakfast option .It's super delicious.nothing to complain about food.When we ordered dinner at night,they offered us perfect meals. "Your hospitality is what makes this guest house stand out.” This place has a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Your hotel’s Wi-Fi speed and reliability are impressive. The landscaping and gardens here are so well kept.The unlimited facilities which they provide justified the peanut price given for the room. So,I think value for money is best for the overall service.Exceptional cleanliness and safety measures in place, made us feel secure during our stay.I enjoyed our journey within the guest house as well as outside by visiting parks,waterfalls,etc and horse riding with my family members. We will come again!Definitely a must do if you are looking for a good place to stay in Nuwaraeliya. will always stay at this location when traveling to Nuwaraeliya.

La gentillesse de Jamal, il a été au petit soin avec nous tout au long du séjour. Il voulait notre confort avant tout. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et copieux. Il propose même le dîner ! Et gros plus, il y a de l'eau chaude.

Het ontbijt was oké met onder andere producten uit eigen tuin. De eerste dag moesten we erg vroeg op en was het ontbijt goed op tijd klaar. Er was erg goed internet. Echter zette de eigenaar dat steeds uit.

De hoge waardering op Booking is echt onbegrijpelijk. De kamers waren koud, muf en vochtig. Er was veel schimmel. Er was geen airco, hoewel dit wel in de omschrijving stond en we daar de accomodatie op hadden uitgezocht. Toen wij er waren was het koud en regenachtig. Er was ook geen andere verwarming. De kamer en het beddengoed leken niet schoon. De lakens en dekens roken niet fris. Het meubilair was oud en oncomfortabel. Dat vind ik minder erg dan het gebrek aan hygiëne. Daar kan je meer je best op doen. Met een lik verf, een ontvochtiger en een wasbeurt van het beddengoed zouden er wat mij betreft al een aantal punten bijkomen. De locatie is niet 5 minuten lopen van het het centrum van Nuwara Eliya, zoals beschreven, maar ligt zelfs in een ander dorp. We moesten dus steeds een Taxi gebruiken. Dat het internet steeds uitgezet werd, was erg hinderlijk.

La chambre familiale est un peu étroite pour 4 personnes. Sinon le personnel est adorable et le petit déjeuner très copieux.

Fantastic Guest house! Location is great! The rooms are large and the shower is a dream! If you go in couples,family or groups there are some nice common areas to enjoy.Comfy Beds.Clean Property.Near the Town. Breakfast was incredible! We were provided with a lovely breakfast of fresh fruit (pineapple, mango, papaya and banana), a choice of Western omelette or Sri Lankan omelette (the latter had diced onion, tomato and chilli - and was delicious), toast with butter and jam and coffee or tea. Traditional Srilankan food like String Hoppers with curries as well.The nice man was always helpful and makes an effort to have a quick .The host arranged a tuk-tuk for us to Horton Plains.Overall it was nice and quiet in the Guest House.Close to shops, restaurants and spa. One of the best Guest Houses during our trip to Nuwaraeliya.

The room was great, spacious, comfy bed! WiFi available, tea and coffee offered all day. Most importantly the man looking after us was amazing, helped us with everything and made sure we had a great stay :)
