It was decently sized for the price and somewhat close to waseda station. Communication with the host was good with comprehensive instructions on how to find the place and how to get in (it's self check-in). The bathroom was a nice size for the price as well as the room overall.

The stairs were narrow and steep and so very difficult to traverse with big heavy luggage (we were on top floor). We are instructed not to leave the aircon on when out which is a shame as it's not a very good unit (or the apartment is poorly insulated?) and the room was already warm despite having it on - so being able to leave it on while it would have been good given we were facing got and humid weather. The bed was also uncomfortable. I slept fine but my partner who is a bit heavier struggled. Also they got hacked and someone tried to steal our credit card information. They contacted us after to advise and ignore the message, have them the benefit of the doubt but it was worrying it happened in the first place.

Everything was good. The neighborhood is quiet which wound up being nice to come back to at night after coming back from busy areas.

We liked everything, just know that this is a SMALL apartment. It’s functional, modern, and clean. The bathroom is the most spacious part of the room by far.

It is a quiet neighbourhood and close to a train station, which is very good for what we are visiting.

The flat has everything you need, the only thing is that the bed is very crackly and it is not possible to have a good rest. Also there are not enough blankets, we were in cold days and we didn't have more blankets to protect us from the cold.

Very good location, calm neighbourhood. The staff was super responsive and nice! There was a thought in everything. Greatly reccommend.
