The rooms were not at all clean. The breakfast was cold and not nice.

I went to the property & asked the guy at reception for check in , he was so unprepared for the guests he made us wait in the lobby for 30 mins then he finally handed over the key of the room. The room walls were broken, there was no cleaning done prior to the checkin as the bed sheets ( don’t even want to explain) it was my worst experience. He charged 17,00 for the room which actually was worth 500 bucks. After 15 minutes I complained about the bed sheet then he gave us another room ( to my understanding he should have made us check in the room which was not broken and available in the first place) after 2 hours of struggle we finally got a room again i was so tired that I couldn’t even leave the hotel at night. In my opinion, Inspection from your end to the property should be done so atleast you guys don’t fraud the people by showing us pictures that are not even close to the reality

The location seemed fine but getting autos or cabs were slightly difficult it was easier as we just crossed the service road to the main road . It was very budget friendly stay which had its issues also!

It was extremely unclean, the bathrooms were bad, the shower was not working properly, there is no hot water - if it is there then not enough pressure for the shower to work. The toilet was also not maintained properly. No bucket to even bathe had to take bath in very cold water in winters. The Bed was stained and not cleaned properly the sheets on the bed were bad. It was a difficult stay but I guess for the price we paid that was all it is about. But will definitely not compromise on cleanliness for this price anymore.
