We loved it and have already rebooked!!!

The condo is in a great location! Short walk to the beach, close to restaurants and shopping. It's on the 2nd floor so you have a great view of the ocean. There were 5 adults and a 2 1/2 yr old all staying here and we had plenty of space for all of us. The place is very clean and well taken care of. We really enjoyed our week here and would definitely stay here again. The only problem we had was the wifi kept going out which wouldn't have mattered except one person needed to work for a couple of days. We let the owners know and they were very responsive.

Our family has been going to Port Aransas for 14 years and this was one of the best beach condos yet. Nicely updated, and plenty of room for our family of 5. We really enjoyed the balcony and short walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again next year.

We LOVED this property. This will be where we stay for all of our future trips. Everything was so clean and so spacious. TV’s in every room which is great for kids. The view cannot beat and being so close to path to beach cannot be beat. I cannot stop telling everyone how much we loved this condo.

We have been visiting Port Aransas yearly for over 10 years and this was the nicest place we've stayed. The proximity to the beach, the cleanliness of the condo, the decor in the condo all contributed to a really nice stay for our family and friends. We will definitely be booking here next year! We loved our stay. The condo is beautifully renovated and decorated. All the finishes and furniture are very good quality, condo was spotless and had everything we needed for the trip to the beach, even board games. 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms setup is very comfortable when traveling with teens or larger family. I loved the view from the balcony - very peaceful, short walk to the beach. Definitely would stay again. Thank you!

Overall, a terrific condo and location. The condo is as advertised and pictures are accurate, it does feel a little smaller than the pictures though. The ocean is near by and beautiful. We rented a golf cart and had fun driving on the beach road. Lots of good restaurants near-by. The pool was nice with decent chairs. There was a good stash of beach toys too. The only thing to add would be beach towels, they take up a lot of space in the luggage. Overall a terrific stay.

This is the perfect beach condo. A short walk to the beach and beach view from master bedroom and family room. Nice floor plan. Fully equipped with furnishings you would have in your primary home. Comfortable beds and couches. Clean, clean, clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect beach condo! The unit was immaculate, well equipped, and just great in every way (the shower in the master bath is to die for). The owners were helpful, but not obtrusive. The location was great and the nearby beach was one of the best Texas beaches we had ever experienced. Port Aransas is heaven for foodies, which was an added bonus. Can't say enough was a great spot this was.

What’s not to like! The ocean view from the deck was made even more pleasant with the comfy deck chairs and tables. Modern décor. Firm beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows to choose from. The boardwalk to the beach was right next door and a foot wash station was there, too. So many amenities are thoughtfully provided. Nice paddleball court and tennis court, smoker grills, well maintained.

Great property on the gulf shore. Wonderful sounds of the waves, and the property was clean and well equipped.

This property is beautiful. It’s in a perfect location. The decor is super cool and my teenage daughters give it multiple thumbs up. Traveling tip - drop some cash on a golf cart. It’s a fun ride along the coast and on the island.

Property was exactly how you see in pics and description. Very large condo with ALL of the amenities you could ever want/need. Location was absolutely perfect (right on the beach), had a gorgeous evening view, and was really close to the super eclectic town of Port A. If we ever go back to this area I will most certainly make Beach Please the place we shack up at!

Myself, my dad, and a friend stayed here while we were on a fishing trip. I would recommend this place to anyone, and would definitely stay here again. This place was right by the beach and close to everything we needed. The property was very clean, and when we decided to extend our trip for a day the hosts were very accommodating! 10/10 would recommend.

Great place, clean, great beach access.

Our family had an excellent stay at Jim and Chuma's beach condo. The house is very clean and comfortable. The place had some wonderful perks: steps from the beach, a great view from the balcony, modern furniture, Sonos sound system in every room, a TV compatible with many streaming services. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a home cooked meal. Lots of thoughtful touches like enough hooks in the bathroom, remote controlled lights, and games for the kiddos. Finally, the communication is timely and thorough which made check in and check out smooth. Would definitely want to come back and will recommend to friends. Thank you SWAY team for all the wonderful work behind the scenes as hosts that allowed our family to have a restful holiday.

Property was as described. It was not very busy at the resort and we had the pool and recreation areas to ourselves for the most part. Lots to see and do in Port Aransas! We will visit again!

My husband and I decided to book a long weekend vacation with our 8 year old son. We picked a beach location near my best friend who lives in the area and could r have been happier with how the trip turned out. Beach Please was perfection! So so comfortable and so close to the beach my heart was happy. We were so impressed with the space, decor, bedding, bathrooms, tips on where to eat, convenience in location. Everything. I absolutely will come back to this specific location.

We would have liked to have had bar soap in the bathrooms as well as body wash. We also felt like the beds need an upgrade, as we were all uncomfortable at night.

Property w/o power for 4 1/2 hours No prior warning though they said bad storm hours earlier. We called to get info. I understand owners were not responsible . But as guests neither were we. response was just wait it out . No adjustments made as we had to go out to eat . Could not cook, read play games etc. cold shower Host polite and expressed that he was sorry. just too bad for us.

loved this house, perfect location-close to town. had everything you think you might of needed. Roomy where we could spread out. We will be renting this place EVERYTIME we come to Port A

well stocked, very clean, perfectly decorated and I like this location. Seems newly updated so everything was pristine and I had called ahead to make sure they had a blender onsite and they quickly assured me- I did have difficulty with main TV and someone came out same day to fix. So that’s a definite plus for responsive!! This unit did not lack a thing!! Beds were all comfy - It was very well thought out & is well managed.

This is a beautifully decorated, well stocked, extremely clean comfortable condo with amazing views of the gulf. It's situated just behind the dunes with a short walkway to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals and then some, and there were several choices of pillow types for the beds. We had a wonderful stay and Jim and Chuma could not have been better hosts! They were very responsive and answered all of our questions before we arrived. The rental company that they work with, Sway, was also on top of things when the wifi needed rebooting...they had maintenance there within the hour! We had no complaints at all about Beach Please...only that we couldn't stay longer! We will definitely return!

Great place, very updated, beautiful view and immediate beach access. AC went out the last night we were there otherwise we would of extended our stay!

It was beautiful and comfortable. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. The decor is impeccable, and the kitchen is incredibly well-stocked. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

Absolutely anything we needed during our stay this place seemed to have. It was the most perfect place for our family and we had the greatest time! Location was perfect, short walk to the beach, the condo itself was beautifully decorated and extremely cozy. It felt like home away from home and the view of the ocean from the balcony and the master bedroom was the cherry on top. I loved the kitchen and was able to cook several meals and bake a cake without lacking a single thing I needed to cook with.. We made great memories there and plan on making this an annual thing.

Perfect for our family! Ocean view is great and plenty of space for a family. Plenty of towels and kitchen plates/utensils. Ease to beach is amazing! Security to property was not expected and great.
