I messaged a couple of times through booking.com but didn't get a reply. However when the booking was first made I was sent an auto message with contact details etc, so I sent a Whatsapp message and received a reply basically straight away. Towels, hairdryer, iron, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toilet roll, tea & coffee etc were all provided. There were spare pillows etc in the cupboards. The TV was setup with Netflix. The WiFi worked well. There was plenty of space to sleep more people (there were 4 of us staying) the apartment was clean and pretty quiet at night. I was sent a message at 9am on the day of arrival with the lockbox code as promised. We were sent detailed instructions regarding parking with pics when I asked for info. There is a lift but it is very old with a cage and quite slow. We were also able to check in a couple of hours early.

The mattress of the double bed in the room on its own was quite soft and dipped in to the middle, but was ok for one night. There was no full length mirror in the apartment. The toilet seat wasn't secure. Also couldn't get the central heating to work, being November it was quite cold, however there were electric plug in radiators provided. The car park is quite tight to drive out of.
