We had a great week, the house is awesome with plenty of room. The back yard is perfect for hanging out with friends and enjoying company. The location is in a great spot, easy to get places and to go to different spots in the areas. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home, great location, and with an incredible backyard. Five full bedrooms — one on the main floor, four upstairs. One of the upstairs rooms is ideal for kids with full size bunk beds and a day bed with trundle—could easily fit 6 kids. Had everything we needed for cooking, plus plenty of bath and pool towels for our group of 7. The pool, water slide, diving board, and hot tub were all great—the pool was heated the entire time making it comfortable to play in even when the weather was in the 60s. There was also a basketball net out front that the kids had fun playing with. The host was accommodating, friendly, and responsive to the couple questions we had through the trip. The location was great—easy driving distance to all the attractions and lots of restaurants within a short drive. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. 5 bed 3 bath, one being en suite to the master. 2 living rooms were spacious for the kids to play. Dining room was pretty big to accommodate a group of people. Some of the furniture and sinks are a little dated but you can see it on the pictures, so it’s not a surprise. The big hit was the pool/hot tub/water slide/diving board. Water is heated so it’s really nice. The area is a little ways out of downtown and airport, but that’s exactly what we wanted. You will definitely need a car. The owner was very responsive and very quick to fixing issues. Only suggestion I can think of is to have a binder with rules, operating hot tub/water slide, etc. thanks for having us. I’m sure we will be back again.

This house has tons of room and can fit at least two families without any issues. One major thing with this house was they had almost everything stocked so you had to buy groceries and such, but not every little thing like previous places we stayed out. It was helpful. The backyard is amazing for adults as well as kids. My family loved the hot tub, pool slide, pool, and upstairs firepit area. We loved being outside. Inside was clean and cozy. Bedrooms were nice size and beds comfy. Bathrooms were dated, but very clean and water pressure was great. Location of this place is great to get to several beaches, amusement parks, and more. Overall, this is an amazing house and we had a great time. If I had to give recommendations or potential thoughts to consider; 1) Grill worked but did not heat evenly or have all grates working. Really need a new grill from what I saw. 2) No Ac- did not affect us in October at all, but would worry about this during summer months. 3) Pool Temp- wish there were options to heat pool to above 80. We figured out ways to do it with kids and we’re able to use pool every day during Oct so did not affect our trip, but others may feel it was cold. Non winter months not an issue at all. Pool is amazing.

Love the house and location. It was very convenient for Seaworld and Legoland and the San Diego zoo that we visited while we were there. Pool spa and water slide very big hit with the grandkids and our kids. Family vacations are always a wonderful time for us. Thank you for the use of your house

Amazing property, house was very cozy & comfortable, backyard was to die for lived in the backyard, property has everything u need , communication with the owners was so easy , would recommend & differently would stay again

This was the perfect house for my bachelorette weekend. I stayed here with 9 other women. The house had everything we needed. The pool and backyard were the perfect spot to relax and hang out in. The fire pit was awesome and the backyard lights set a wonderful vibe. Having no AC wasn’t an issue because we had a nice breeze come in the evenings and every room had a ceiling fan and a portable fan. The location was in a quiet residential neighborhood and so close to everything.

Visited San Diego for the long Labor Day weekend with our 2 boys (16 & 10). April was great to communicate with, no problem getting into the house after our late flight. Kids loved the pool and house was within 15 minutes of everything. I appreciated April thought of all the mom stuff, lots of beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, pool toys, access to washer/dryer etc... House was clean and just as advertised. April knew we were taking a late flight home the day of our checkout day and even allowed a late checkout which was so nice. Would definitely recommend!

This is a very nice lived in home. The house could use some work but there is nothing wrong that affects use. Everyone loved the yard for swimming and out door relaxing. Never realized how nice a salt water pool is-no chlorine smell. Location very good for many activities both north and south. April was very easy to get ahold of with quick response. Listed Wi-Fi details was not correct and for coffee drinkers be aware there is no Kerrigan so required a return trip to store. All in all it was a great stay and we would definitely go back again

We were 7 adults and 4 kids. The house was great for our group. Plenty of room, very comfortable. Huge bedroom with beds for all the kids. Great backyard...the kids so much enjoyed the pool and water slide! The only drawback is the pool is difficult for seniors...it has a small set of steps and no handrail. The house is also in a great location, easy to get to all the atttractions. So, a great rental for a multi-generation group. Hosts were very responsive, too.

The outdoor areas and pool are excellent and the highlight to this rental. Main living areas are updated but bedrooms and baths are dated and well woren. Did not effect our getaway as it was cosmetic and not functional issue.

House was great. Pool was just as pictured. The location was within 10-15 min of most attractions. Owners were easy to get a hold of with questions.
