Check in instructions were very comprehensive, reservation team were extremely responsive and helpful via Whatsapp. The flat is about 6 minutes walk to East Acton tube station which is on the Central line and therefore extremely convenient. There is also a Lidl downstairs and good restaurant options around.

This flat, in the Booking.com description, is listed as "Luxury" which is incorrect. There is also a microwave stated in the booking which isn't there in reality, not a big deal but also not a true reflection. The beds and pillows weren't very comfortable, it felt the whole flat had been put together on a limited budget, which again is fine, but don't list it as "luxury" if that's not what you're providing. The price is disproportionate to the actual flat, you can get better for the same price elsewhere. The flat as a whole was relatively clean, but again not as clean as it should be for the price.
