Nice place. Very well equipped and furnished. Community pool and water pad available. NOTE: Kitchen and living room in 3rd floor.

Very easy check in process. Rental experience went as expected. The kitchen dishes in cabinet had to be rewashed. Food on a lot of dishes. Mold in coffee maker. Vent in second floor bedroom did not work. Other than that everything was great.

Property is as decribed with exception of the back yard barbecue pit. Spacious number of restrooms perfection! Over all highly recomend if your grilling bring your own pit.

The rental was very nice. Close to beach. Had everything we needed. The only downside was the 3rd level stayed really hot and became hotter when we used the kitchen. Overall excellent stay. Customer service was top notch. Will definitely book again.

The place was very spacious
But the swimming pool was not available due to maintenence. It was well supplied with clean dishes and utensils. It was so close to the beach. Also, there wasn't a barbecue pit available with unit. The rooms and beds were comfy. Unfortunately, the kids playground was infested with mosquitoes due to the rainfall.

We had a wonderful time. Everyone enjoyed the beach and the pools. Each family had their own bedroom and bath which were very clean.

Spent our annual girls trip on North Padre Island. We had a group of 13 and the house was very comfortable for a large group. Lots of comfortable beds and bath space. Minutes from the beach, responsive host. Had a small issue with the door code getting in but they were quick to resolve. Great place for big group. Be aware of the stairs though! Kitchen is on 3rd floor.

Nice property, everything was clean and just as pictured. Beach is right down the road. You could walk if you wanted to, but we drove to avoid having to walk on sand. My calves couldn’t take that! Lol! Was a chill and not beach, but the surf was pretty choppy. We had red flags everyday and only one day without the purple flags too. I liked the unit more than I like that part of the coast. Good fishing off the jetty though!

This property has everything you need for a relaxing group getaway, and is just a few minutes walk to the beach! Beautiful views, plenty of space for everyone, we loved the bunk beds and the balconies on all three floors!

Property is nice, pool is fantastic, service for our lock issue was within an hour, no complaints other than the unit needs its own grill. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

I was celebrating my quadruplets' 17 birthday and they had an amazing time. The place was very nice and accommodated a few friends and family as well.

My wife and I stayed along with 3 children and their families. Plenty of room.
EASY access to beach, driving on the beach in just a couple of minutes.
Great updated communication from the rental managers including helpful texts.
Maintenance was great. We had a doorknob to one of the decks that quit working properly. Informed them in the morning, it was replaced in the afternoon. Had some light bulbs go out. Replaced within a couple of hours.
