Lovely stay. Our cottage was small but comfortable and quite clean. Nice property. Staff very helpful.

The motel room is fine for a night, but highly recommend a cottage for more than that, as they are charming in an authentically rustic Maine kind of way.

It did smell like a wet dog sleep in our room. Staff changed the spread & blanket that helped but still smelled some. Mold on shower curtain.

Loved my stay, friendly, clean, quiet, convenient, good parking. I travel alone, safe. Fridge was a little noisy but not terrible, would stay here again. Affordable :)

The room felt very dated, and the bedding did not smell fresh. It also had that musty moldy smell. If you're low maintenance and just want a bed for cheap, this is your jam!

I travel a lot for business, and this was a very welcome change from the typical chain hotel I find myself staying in. I was in Kennebunk trying to solve a work-related problem and the Motel owner was super helpful providing me with local knowledge that I was looking for. I had a good night's sleep, and I will be back.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The cabin was very clean as was the grounds. The pool was so nice.There were fire pit, a play ground, ride on toys for kids and grills. Outside the cabin was a picnic table and clothesline to hang wet cloths. We will definitely be back.
