We stayed in cabana 1. It was run down and had many issues requiring maintenance to fix during our stay. Air condition was the big one not working for half our stay. Issues were still unresolved such as broken leg on couch and rear security door lock not working.

I loved the view from the apartment, there was ample space for our family of 4, the kitchen was well equipped for all our needs. Quick walk to beach, amazing location !

Excellent property with easy walk to Surfers or Broadbeach. Wonderful view of the beach and mountains.

The apartment was quite run down overall, but I would happily take a bit run down for the large space, fantastic view, location and pool. We had a blast and the pool was great for kids with three different depth areas. Would stay there again in a heart beat. Great holiday.

Modern apartment, great views and location, close but not too close to the action. You get the feeling that you actually live there and are not just visiting. Nice firm beds (i.e. no potholes and no soft mattresses lacking support). Great to have undercover parking on site too.

Beautifully located within easy strolling distance of Surfer's, Broadbeach and the Gold Coast tram this property was excellent. Boasting fantastic ocean views and direct entry to the glorious sandy beach the property and rooms were clean and well equipped. Property management was excellent and after hours check-in was a breeze. Enjoy!

My adult daughter and I stayed here for three nights at the end of a busy trip. We chose The Breakers as it advertised direct access to the beach from the property. We stayed in Apt 44 and while the decor and furniture is a little dated it is a fabulous apartment. It had the best stocked kitchen for self catering - there's every utensil and cooking implement you could need, even down to two choices of Bodum sizes! The property is brilliant and does indeed have direct private access to the beach. This meant you could leave your towels etc by the pool and go to the beach for a swim and then come back to the pool. We didn't use the BBQ facilities but they were used frequently while we were there. The staff, especially Sarah were brilliant. We asked for a late checkout but this couldn't be accommodated as the room was booked but we were offered a key to access the pool and fresh towels to use the shower downstairs before we needed to depart to the airport, after we had checked out. Storing our luggage including personal items at reception was no problem while we enjoyed the last few hours of our holiday. Being able to stay on the grounds and use the facilities after we had checked out was just brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend for adults and kids - it's perfect.

The apartment we stayed in (60) was fantastic. The view was unbelievable, nothing in front of you but the ocean. It was comfortable and roomy with everything you need for a long stay. Definitely recommend.
