Located at Gran Via closed to everything a tourist wishes to see with multiple transportation venues (metro, bus, etc). Breakfast was ok for a couple of days, one gets tired afterwards as it’s the same every day. Room was clean and very nice decorated, bed was way too firm for our taste. The rooftop was nice but too cold to enjoy it (November). The staff was friendly and attentive, overall a good experience.

Reception is on the 9th floor and often only one of two elevators work.
Very loud because of the busy street if you have a light sleep dont stay here

Two things could be improved- the shower can get quite slippery and no hand rail to hold yourself and the tv needed more English speaking channels or be able to connect to Netflix etc

Well-located hotel. Great staff, clean hotel. The only real negative we can think of is that the rooftop pool was ice cold. Even on a hot day, the water was too cold to get in.

The hotel rooms are smaller than advertised and there weren’t enough loungers by the pool for the guests. The pool was also cold and the water wasn’t super clean. It’s a good location but the pictures aren’t quite reality

Great hotel. View from rooftop was nice and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There was some construction in surrounding area that we could hear in the morning.

Awesome staff at reception and at the rooftop bar. Unique rooms that evoked a Miami Beach art-deco vibe. Downside was that our toilet area didn’t smell so fresh. Other than that, we highly recommend this hotel for the leisure traveller.

The breakfast is until 12 pm ! You could seelp more and then have a really good breakfast . I didn't like that some people tray you really good and others just depending how you look . That's a little frustrating 😑. Overall the hotel is located in an excellent location close to eveything ! No laundry .That was my only one concern .
