Everything about our stay and the room was great, except the shower did not have a lip so water went all over the bathroom floor when the shower was on. We requested additional towels from reception and had to place them all around the shower for our whole stay.

Was greeting warmly by the receptionist and was given instructions. Was upgraded to a balcony room and given an 1 hour late checkout which we actually checked out earlier. Thank you very much kindly.

The staff were helpful and friendly.
I didn't like the excessive noise from other guests that seemed to start every night once reception had closed.
I found out that this facility is being used to house asylum seekers and alot of them are very rude and inconsiderate.
They seem to like socialising in the hallway at night slamming doors and yelling. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you value your sleep. Also the windows are single glazing so in our room it was particularly noticeable with the next hotel carpark outside our window.

The air vents in the air conditioner were filthy and had to clean them myself in order for the room to heat up. The dishwasher or fridge leaked and there was also broken glass in the bathroom floor.
Also as being a one bedroom apartment you would expect a comfortable lounge to use. All and all was not happy with the stay but normally I can’t fault you guys. Fingers crossed it better next time
