Stay was terrible, elevator was out and my room was on 4th floor so I had to walk up 48 steps. 48 going up and 48 down! Ridiculous

This hotel was certainly not worth staying at especially after traveling on a full day of a regular shift of 8-5p job. To begin the elevators were not working. Had to carry luggage, ice chest, along with other things up 3 flights of stairs. Second, looked like someone had just showered in the restroom because there was water on the floor & glass door. Not to mention the multiple strands of hair in the shower. Looked dirty & not clean. Would not recommend staying here if you wanna a clean sanitary room.

There was no internet in the room on the second floor. Wi-Fi didn't work at all. I couldn't work. We didn't get to breakfast, so I can't say anything about it.

It was okay. West Monroe does not have any top notch hotels. LaQuinta was my favorite but, the bed was soft and the elevator did not work. We had to walk 4 flights of stairs.

Room doors & bathroom doors are very old & beat up. Every time my family was in elevator, the string nasty smell in the elevator was nauseating. I wouldn’t highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful stopover. This is probably the nicest La Quinta my wife and I have ever stayed in as we do quite frequently with our dog. The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. It is very convenient to the highway and several restaurants if you happen to be passing through along I-20.

It was an amazing stay. I had one problem when checking in. I had reserved 2 king beds rooms and when got there it was 2 - 2 queen bed rooms. They fixed that thankfully. I had read in other reviews where that happens here and it definitely did. Staff was so kind and welcoming. Would stay there again. Breakfast was good also. Rooms clean. One suggestion is hallways and definitely elevator was hot. It was like an oven in there. Lobby and rooms where fine. That elevator was horrible.

Bathrooms near front desk was so gross and had no toilet paper in it , didn’t even use it , breakfast was great , lady front desk clerk had zero personality, never smiled and not very welcoming . Breakfast was great!
