The space
Excellent location 5 minutes from everything, including: the charming Vila Madalena, the sophisticated Oscar Freire Street, the imposing Paulista Avenue, the trendy Rua dos Pinheiros, the Pacaembú stadium, the Allianz Park, the Hospital das Clinicas, etc. Central area... located in a safe and quiet street yet close to everything.
This is my house when I'm in Sao Paulo. I share it with you, enjoy it and take care of it as it was yours. Thanks!

Visit the Praça Horacio Sabino, which is 1 block from the building. There you will relax. It has an outdoor gym for everyone's use. It has playground. It has coconut water. There are dogs. It has children. There are nice and quiet people. Enjoy!

Obs: hosts do not have access to the pool and common areas of the Veritas condominium. These areas are assigned to the residents of the residential tower.

Bedroom:

for watching TV in Portuguese
turn on the TV (Alexa or remote control)
with the remote select "source" HDMI 1/DVI
press on the "decoder" remote and press the "on" key

to watch tv in English use the "TV PLUS" option in the list of apps that include: YouTube, Netflix, Prime, Disney...

Air-conditioning: use Alexa for on/off and air temperature adjustment. It can also be controlled with the remote that is on the bedside table. In the remote control, it has a function to turn off the "display" if the light from the air-conditioning display is a nuisance. In the air-conditioning remote control: select "options", and using the arrow reach the "display" and press the "SET" key, then the light on the display goes out.

Wardrobe: The rackman's led light automatically extinguishes. It is activated by motion sensor. All doors of all cabinets have automatic closure damper.


KITCHEN
hob:
presione the Alloy Key for 3 seconds (with a dry finger)
select the front mouth or de tras
press + (plus key) to adjust the desired temperature
to turn off: hold the on/off key for 3 seconds or select the mouthpiece and use the - (minus key) to zero.

Fridge: very large. inverter technology - very quiet.

Microwave: to turn off the vizor, press the key with the symbol of the "lampada" (display auto off)
