Great oceanfront location. It was the off-season so it was very quiet and peaceful. Property is somewhat dated but the overall space was clean and well-appointed.

The layout of the condo was nice. The condo needed to be cleaned better. Lots of dust and marks on the walls and doors. Needs a more thorough cleaning.

The internet was very poor. The property was not in good conditionn. Could hear the people upstairs walking around.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was exceptional and the setting quite and with perfect views of the ocean. We will be coming back to stay again!

Nice 2 BR unit, great beach view, parking area is super tight, cable did not work in living room, ice machine didn't work, otherwise really good. Would stay again.

The room was sufficient, nothing fancy about it. It was clean. The kitchen has JUST the basics which was fine for us because we only stayed a few nights. If I were staying longer, I would suggest bringing extra mixing bowls, more pots, etc. Also, bring extra toilet paper as we had to purchase some while we were there. The parking in the garage is very tight. The view was amazing and you are right on the beach which is very nice. We had an issue with the TV but it was resolved very quickly. When the maintenance guy came, he told us not to turn the TV off because we wouldn't be able to turn it back on. The check in was very easy as well but there is NO early check in, so don't show up before your check in time.

Stayed here for a fishing trip and the location was excellent. It was a spacious condo with a great view of the ocean and beach access.

Right on the beach and just a short walk from the Garden City Pier, a handful of touristy shops and arcades. One one the showers in our 2 bath unit had problems. As soon as we called they sent their handyman who quickly solved the major problem. But the shower continued with a steady flow of dripping so we had to shut the door when we went to sleep.

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. Parking onsite, elevator close to parking and not far to walk to the beach.
