Good scenery from the Nile view room. Transportation from/to airport is available at free of charge.

No room keeping was provided. I got new towels and bottles of water after negotiation with the manager. He was credible to listen to my request. This is not the fault of the hotel but the driver booked by hotel dropped me at a wrong terminal of airport though I repeated the terminal number. Hotel should book an more well trained driver. Please register the hotel location on Google map so that you can contact tour guide more easily.

Presented online as a nice hotel with a rather high rating of 7.6 (on your platform, as of today), but it is actually in a building where the reception is on 31st floor - the Reception area is just a corner, staff don't really speak English well and don't look professional at all. Entrance to the building don't seemed safe, and there is no staff present to greet us upon arrival, luckily the driver of our Airport-Hotel transfer helped and rang the Hotel, so finally a staff (dressed casually) came down and helped us with luggages and bring us upstairs to the reception. Our rooms were on the same floor as the Reception. Online reservation they indicated acceptance of payment with a wide range of credit cards including Amex, but when we check-in, they do not accept Amex. We booked for 6 nights but end up only staying for one night, as we felt uncomfortable with the area, including the amenities and condition of the room. The shower is a small cubicle and the water didn't drain well because it the drainage outlet was not clean. We end up cleaning it ourselves so we can take shower and not stand in soapy water that only drain very slowly. After 1 person shower, it took more than 30-mins for the water to fully drained. Floor doesn't furl properly cleaned, dusty. Breakfast was only served from 8am to 12 noon, which is too late for us; the hotel is not flexible at all to even offer something to us.

كنت اتمني لو مضيت ايام اكتر ولكن ليا عوده في القريب باذن الله

لا شيء سوي بعض التجديدات في المدخل وهم يعملون عليها الان بتأكيد هيكون مكاني الدائم بمصر
