Bed was too firm and couldn’t sleep good because of it. Shower door wouldn’t close properly so water flooded the bathroom floor every time you shower. Staff was nice and room layout was good.

It’s a very nice place very close to naeem mall 100 step away and hotel are also very good location his perfect for shopping manar mall also very close to hotel it’s a perfect place to stay

The stay is very nice. We got the complementary extension up to 2pm and two sets of slippers too. Only thing that probably the cleaner wasn't informed that we are still staying upto 2pm, he accidentally opened our room and luckily I was able to warn him. Anyway all went well so far.

Nothing fancy but a nice clean room in a convenient location. Food was good, prices were amazing, and staff very friendly! Perfect for an overnight stay in Ras al-Khaimah.
