House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
We also operate a fair use policy for the use of electricity and Gas in the property by the guest during their stay to the value of £50 per week for each of these two utilities.
Any further use beyond this value would have would have to be covered by the guest.
