In the highly coveted area of Long Beach, you will be perfectly situated to soak up all that this charming beach community offers: just one street away from the water's edge with sandy beaches showcasing views of three states, a bike ride away from a groovy summer cafe, a full gym, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, and a children's play area.
A 10-minute car ride or easy 25-minute easy bike ride to the zoo, shopping, gaming, boating, spas, restaurants, golf, stables, and the vibrant art district.
15 minutes from Indiana Dunes National Park, 40 minutes from the University of Notre Dame, and 90 minutes from Chicago, 15 minutes from Michigan's Wine Country, Craft Breweries, and Distilleries.

Enjoy the privacy of the 1.5-acre lot with fantastic outdoor living with 12-foot French sliding doors with screens provide a gateway to fresh air, sounds of the waves, and privacy- hot tub, 2 patios, outdoor dining, a 6 burner Weber grill, Breo fire pit, and extra large (front and back) grass covered areas for relay races, sprinklers, kiddie pools, volleyball, croquet or ping-pong.

For those times when you need a quiet place to get some work done, the main floor den is home to the office and offers a bright and inspiring space, with its two bay windows and large desk; the desk is stocked with basic office supplies, including a printer/copier/scanner. We offer the fastest internet service that Comcast provides "Preferred Gigabit" high-speed Wi-Fi, with download speeds of up to 1200 Mbps.

The main floor den also offers additional sleeping arrangements with a queen memory foam sofa sleeper and its own ensuite full marble bath that is ADA-friendly.

The designer gourmet kitchen offers a professional grade dual fuel oven, 6 gas burner cook-top, Calphalon cookware and bakeware, three dishwashers, two sinks, and a double wall oven, punctuated with quartz countertops, and Kohler fixtures-a feast awaits!

The Family Room and Living Room are flooded with natural light, fresh air, comfy seating, game tables/work spaces, and 65" 4K Smart TVs with YouTube TV, Disney Plus, and Netflix.

The lower level is home to two twin beds, a sitting area with a Smart TV, a twin trundle daybed, a kitchenette, a full bathroom, a full-size washer and dryer, and ample closet space, including a walk-in closet.
