Welcome to your Perfect Hilo Home Base! We have two sweet, spacious Plantation Style Homes on the same lot -- this listing is for the Larger House in the Back.
This 3 Bedroom 2 Bath House with outdoor deck can sleep 10 guests and is all yours. Comes with A/C, W/D and BBQ.
(Front House can sleep 7, plz inquire).
Enjoy this prime Hilo location, just minutes away from beautiful beaches, shopping, and dining!
You will have the entire 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home to yourself.
It sleeps 10 and includes:
- CEILING FANS & PORTABLE-AIR CONDITIONING UNITS IN EACH BEDROOM!
- Master Bedroom with King Bed, Closet space, Mirror, Seating for 2, and en-suite Bathroom with Shower
- Second Bedroom with Queen Bed and Full Bed
- Third Bedroom with BunkBed of Twin over Full Beds; Desk and Chairs; small closet
- Living Room has a Sofabed that pulls out into a Queen Bed
- Second Full Bathroom with Bath-Shower Combo, Sink & Toilet
- Large Living Room with SmartTV, comfy seating, and Pullout Queen Sofa-bed
- Full Kitchen and fully stocked for cooking
- Indoor Dining Area with Picnic-style Dining Table for 10
- Outdoor Dining Area with BBQ and Picnic-style Dining Table for 10
- Carport Parking for 2, and ample other parking areas.
* Fully stocked with Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Honey, Creamer; Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Spices; Shampoo, Conditioner, Bodywash; Bath & Beach Towels, Fresh Clean Linens ~ all provided.
Safe, residential area in Hilo.
I will mention that this house does have some noise sometimes, of street traffic or the neighbors next-door.
We do provide A/C units and sound machines that help reduce the noise, as well as earplugs! :)
Best to have a car.
We do provide rental cars on the Hilo side, please inquire!

- No Smoking inside the house
- No non-paying guests sleeping over
- No parties or events
- Sound travels easily.
Please respect Quiet Hours from 9pm - 8am, so as to respect the neighbors.
- Pets allowed upon request and payment of the Pet Fee.
IMPORTANT: If you do bring your pet, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THEM ALONE & UNSUPERVISED IN THE HOUSE! As we have found the hard way that they will then bark non-stop and disturb the neighbors, as well as possibly do damage to the house when left unattended. So please do not plan on bringing them and then leaving them alone in the house while you go on excursions, etc.
