**Main Level/2nd Floor:**
Experience the spaciousness of the open floor plan featuring the kitchen, living room, and dining area. A king-sized bed bedroom with an attached ensuite bathroom is also situated on this floor. Step through two sets of French doors onto the back porch, equipped with outdoor furniture and a grill. A half bath off the living room adds to the convenience.

**1st Floor/Bottom Level:**
The bottom level is a complete one-bedroom apartment accommodating up to four guests. The living room features two single futons, and the bedroom offers a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. A half bath is also located off the living area. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Two sets of French doors lead to the patio, where a hot tub, grill, and outdoor furniture invite you to unwind.

PARKING: There is space for 4 cars in the allotted parking spots in front of the home. Two (2) in front of the porch and two (2) in front of the walkway.

VEHICLE PASS: Guests will need to message with make, model and color of each vehicle checking in, as well as one person per vehicles name and phone number as this information will need to be submitted to the guardhouse prior to check in.

ARRIVAL TIME: You will need to be checked in PRIOR to 11:00 pm to obtain your pass.

(There is NO SMOKING on this property. The property does have outside cameras and outside noise monitor. Quiet hours in this community are 10:00 pm - 7:00 am)
