The location of the place is very close to the bus to airport as well as to the metro. The olace is very clean and tidy as well!

This apartment welcomed us with souvenirs of Eiffel and this was for us a very pleasant impression. The host, Michaela was very kind and helpful to us. The apartment is well illustrated in booking.com, even better in real life. Very light and quiet rooms. Easy access to public transport. A rich choice of eating and drinking options in a close distance. Many grocery options nearby. Very good system of check-in, with PIN code. Large elevators make it comfy to move with luggage. Room features smart TV with Youtube which is very rare option. Kitchen was very rich of belongings, dishes etc.

Although we didn't need it, it would be better to create a possibility to store luggage for whom it is needed.

First of all the hosts were exceptional. From pre-arrival communication and throughout the visit. The flat is nice, main bedroom's bed is very comfortable, everything is clean and well made, kitchen is well stoked with clean and nice looking service and cutlery, along with quiet and efficient appliances. When we arrived we were welcomed with some sweets and little tour Eiffel gifts and a sweet note, a really nice touch!

The only thing that could be better is the cloths drier which even at small quantities is struggling to dry cloths. Perhaps some collapsible cloth hangers could help

Our trip to Paris was incredible and Résidence Palais Étoile was a key factor in why. The location is ideal. There is a Metro station within a 3-minute walk and grabbing a taxi requires just a walk down the street to Avenue des Ternes or Avenue de la Grande Armee, either just a few minutes away, or just stroll out to the front of Le Meridien hotel just around the corner. Tons of restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries, fruit shops etc. all within a short stroll. If you want to eat or drink at the apartment, there are also small markets (a Carrefour, for example) close by. The apartment is in a lovely building and has clearly been modernized. Ours was immaculately clean and enjoyed all the amenities of modern life, such as a washer/dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, TVs, and excellent Wi-Fi. My wife and I have three teenagers who all enjoy watching videos. All 5 of us were able to be online with no issues or slowdowns. We were in Paris during the summer of 2022 heat wave (daily highs 30 to 35 degrees Celsius, or 85 to 95 Fahrenheit) so the well-functioning air conditioning was crucial. On the day we left, we asked if we could store bags for a few hours, since our train did not depart until the evening. We were happily accommodated and were able to collect our bags easily later that afternoon. The apartment also came stocked with a few basics, so that our first day/evening was low stress. They supplied several bottles of water, dish soap, paper towels, and other basics so that we didn't need to run out to a grocery store immediately after our arrival. As noted earlier, my family consists of two adults and 3 teenagers. At hotels were generally need 2 rooms, which gets costly, and it stinks to have to be separated. Being able to rent a fully furnished apartment in the heart of Paris was really perfect. We will definitely stay here the next time we come to Paris.

We had zero complaints. However, I can mention a couple things to be aware of: 1. The kitchen in our apartment had just a small table with a couple of chairs. Great for breakfast, but if you wanted to do a sit-down dinner at the apartment some evening with more than two people, for example, it wouldn't be ideal. Other apartments may be furnished differently, though. 2. There is a major construction project going on within the Place de la Porte Maillot. We didn't notice any noise from inside the apartment, happily. Not sure if it's related to the construction, but the metro station "Gare de Neuilly" for the Porte Maillot stop right next to the apartments is closed (temporarily), but there is another access to the Metro about 30 seconds further along the Avenue de la Grande Armee.

This place is perfect!!! Location, location, location! Well maintained and super clean with all of the extras. Great space on the metro line with air conditioning and a washer/dryer!!!
