they say they accept dog. yes, but after you book a room without any specification, they say that pets are allowed, but only till 5 kilos. only rats in Paris is under 5 kilos. they don’t want to Refound, also if I ask to cancel in advance, after discover this fool. disgusting

I like only the size of the room and the bath

No water (only welcome water) and no things in the fridge. Also, no spons only two wood sticks!!.

The breakfast was lovely. The staff were lovely and helpful. Really liked the Duke's bar and the restaurant.

The room I was first given shared a wall with an elevator and was very noisy so I was given another room. However, there were issues with the heating / ventilation and the room was tiny. I was annoyed that my room (including the first one I had been given) were much smaller than my colleagues rooms even though we were paying the same rate! The difference in size and comfort in both their rooms and bathrooms was massive.

it’s not clean, as I checked in one of our premium rooms had crumbs all over the floor, the covers had stains. 2 of the rooms had dirty covers. there’s no hot water in the bathroom (and it was December:) ) most of the staff were nice and very polite, only one of them was very blunt and nosey with asking for tips after helping the another staff with loading the bags into the car, I tip once the service is done, you don’t have to invade my personal space and speak loudly in middle of the entrance “can you tip me sir CAN YOU TIP ME SIR?” I don’t know it’s just not polite, and 3 men to help with luggage? kinda sketchy

Very good location, pretty much walked everywhere in the four days we were in Paris. We had the New Year's Eve meal at the hotel that was also very tasty and well built

Room size was so small compared to how it looks in pictures, very disappointing. The breakfast menu was also very plain and the pastries I'm sure were frozen, which also is disappointing especially when in Paris. Last bug not least, the check-in experience was very confusing as the receptionist made us pay the whole amount for our stay even though we have already given a one-night worth downpayment. He really didn't seem to understand how much that money means for someone travelling abroad and reassured us that the downpayment would be back to us within 2 days. When checking out, a different receptionist said that the payment has never been released and that the first person must "have been confused". Worth mentioning the downpayment was 400 euro on top of the 1.4K euro.

The room was way too small and old for the price. There was barely any room to open the bathroom door to enter the bathroom without colliding with the wash basin. The room did not look at all like in the images. Wasn't value for money
