Absolutely loved the villa, very clean and comfortable. Lovely warm swimming pool which we enjoyed. Amazing views across Praia da Luz and a 10 min downhill walk down to a gorgeous beach with plenty of water activities for the grandkids also plenty of restaurants watching over the sea. We all loved our time in Praia da Luz.

Wonderful 2 weeks spent at the villa. The view is stunning and a very quiet location. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Had a fabulous holiday.

Rita has a beautiful villa in Praia Da Luz. Some days we didn’t even want to leave! The balconies are ideal along with the pool area and we felt a high level of privacy and security, despite being close to the road. The AC is another brilliant feature, in most if not all rooms. Rita went the extra mile by leaving snacks and a nice gift for us upon our late arrival (which was not an issue) and we really appreciate her hospitality.

This villa is like having your own resort. My husband and I spent 8 days here (June 2022) with grand plans to explore the Algarve, but we ended up spending almost the entire time on the property :) The view is spectacular! Pros: -Super clean -Great kitchen and appliances -Great bathrooms/showers -Private pool with lots of outdoor furniture -Can pick oranges and lemons and verbena from the orchard -Lots of towels -TV is easy to use -20 minute walk to beach -Quiet neighborhood Cons: -The beds are single beds pushed together, which makes it hard to be.... romantic with a crack in the middle -We had to buy olive oil, salt, pepper, basic spices, laundry detergent, dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towel, so just be ready to spend a good $50+ to get the basics Overall, a great place, and I'd recommend it! Great place for a family to stay, or even two families :)

Look no further....Book it! This property's location and views of the ocean and Luz are amazing! It is villa living in it's finest and even comes with a private orchard. The interior is very modern and beds are super comfortable with fine linens. The outdoor furniture is also very nice and comfortable. The nights are a bit chilly in the winter, so having heating in each room was a bonus! But best of all was Rita and her excellent service and treats! Enjoy!!!

Diana was a fabulous property manager and very attentive to all of our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

We got a good vibe as soon as we arrived and parked at the villa BelaVista - and it got a lot better as we were shown around. Set in a spacious calm neighbourhood the house is stylish and practical, the pool is wonderful, and the citrus grove is a nice bonus (there were still lemons and oranges for picking). And the view is stunning - better than photos can capture. All in all it far exceeded our expectations. So, what did we like? a) Amazing views and sense of space, b) excellent management by Rita and Diana - efficient, friendly and professional, c) perfect maintenance inside and out (including a mid-stay clean and linen change) and d) a high quality interior. We were also grateful for an early check-in around mid-day and the nice welcome bowl with delicious produce. Full marks from us - would award more than 5 stars if we could!

We had a wonderful holiday at this lovely villa in Praia da Luz. It was even better than it looked in the pictures. Rita was very helpful when we arrived, and we really appreciated the tasty welcome gifts. The villa was very clean and well equipped and is located in a very quiet area. The view of the sea from the balcony is fantastic, we spent very happy, relaxed hours gazing at the view during the daytime and the wonderful clear starry sky at night. We would love to return for another holiday in future.

Dealings with Diana were excellent, she was extremely efficient. We had a lovely warm welcome from Christina and we were really pleased with the villa. The view just blew us away. Villa had everything you needed. Great location, walk into luz was easy! Very steep walk home. We will be back.

Our family loved staying at this fantastic property. The rooms were all great with plenty of room and very very clean. The main balcony has simply the best view of the little town and the ocean and we enjoyed several incredible sunsets and one amazing sunrise (the morning of our departure). The pool is fantastic; very clean and well maintained and all the furniture outside allowed us all to enjoy the sunshine and cool off in the sparkling water whenever we wanted. It’s a short walk into town (about 15 mins to the grocery store) and the beach which was really lovely with some very nice restaurants (Boaty”s was our favorite). Our only gripe was that the beds were all simply too firm - very difficult to get comfortable and a good nights rest but a small complaint given how amazing everything else else. Diana, our host, was very communicative, helpful and flexible throughout.

Locations is ideal - we had a car which made exploring very easy - although taxis are easy to come by and reasonably priced. Luz has a few nice restaurants - try A Fabrica near the beach - food was stunning. The view from the villa is gorgeous and the pool area really lovely. We were there in early July and the evenings were very cool - all restaurants supply blankets for outside so I'm sure this is common - but it was super hot during the day. Our only negative observation of the villa was that a few things were not well cleaned when we arrived, but I wouldn't let this deter anyone from booking this villa - it is lush!
