Nothing. Expensive as per the location, okayish cleanliness, not so good staff behaviour, manager is good. Rooms are way tooo expensive. They would not even start the greezer. Had to call them 10times to get greezer on.

Everything almost. The pics provided and the review were all wrong. No lifts, poor ac, tab not working, unmaintained property as compared to wat was shwcased in the picture. Staff were arguementative, knowing that they did wrong and yet instead of being apologetic argued. Called on my way to Haridwar to immediately pay the amount of Rs 1000 non refundable. otherwise, it will be cancelled during to peak time. The time mentioned for checkout time was 12:30. I was asked to leave by 12pm.. Nothing was right here and appropriate here. Stop cheating people.
