The property feels like home and is very quiet. Utilities for kitchen and the washing machine are excellant. The place is also close to the cable car station. Access to the old town is easy.

Location of the property was good. It is tucked away up steps however after a few steps up to the main road you can walk downhill to the old town easily. We were a family of 7 with a stroller and managed well during our stay.

Location was perfect. The property had everything we needed for a family of 7. Communication with staff was very easy and booking extras like cots, transfers to and from the airport was seamless.

La posizione dell'appartamento è a 3 minuti da tutto: dalla spiaggia, dalle mura della città, dai supermercati, dalla fermata del bus. L'appartamento è molto spazioso ed elegante, adatto per sei adulti. E' anche molto fresco: ad agosto abbiamo dormito senza aria condizionata accesa (che comunque è presente in tutte le stanze). L'assistenza è rapida, avevamo un problema con un lavandino che perdeva e prontamente sono stati inviati dei tecnici a ripararlo. Avevamo chiesto se in casa ci fosse un ombrellone da spiaggia e ci era stato detto di no, ma all'arrivo ce lo hanno fatto trovare!

Se proprio devo indicare qualcosa da migliorare, direi alla direzione di aggiungere qualche cucchiaino in più in cucina (erano solo 4), qualche padella in più e mettere le presine per le pentole; manca la macchinetta del caffè (ma questo manca a me che sono italiana). Servirebbe una doccia esterna (c'è solo una vasca da bagno che per 6 persone che non è il massimo). Manca il bidet. Il cancelletto esterno non si chiudeva e si stavano attrezzando per ripararlo (ma durante il ns soggiorno lo chiudevamo con un laccio...)

Spacious rooms. Great location... a short walk from Ploce Gate. It is uphill from the old town. Aircon worked well. Clean apartment.

Check in didn't go too well. We had organised pickup from the ferry terminal. The transfer was late, due to traffic, but I was able to contact the Hedera Estate office to get an update. We knew in advance that we would have to wait for check in. At the Hedera Estate office we were told that if we wanted to explore the old town a little, we would be called when check in was available. This should have been by 3pm at latest. No call was received, so we walked back to the office for about 3.30. On enquiry we were told check in was now available. However, the transfer car was then not available for a further 10 minutes. When we got to the apartment, the keylock box had no keys in, so the transfer lady had to go to the cleaners to get the keys. We waited on the steps outside the apartment for a further 15 minutes. Although a bit frustrating, the problems were dealt with quickly. The dishwater did not work when we first tried it, but once reported, it was fixed the same day. Bathroom is basic, but functional.

Great location!! The property has everything that you would need for your stay. The garden area was an added bonus for dining and letting our children run around. Would definitely recommend.

A little dated but not a huge concern. Apartment at the top of some steep steps which wasnt an issue for us (even managed daily with the buggy) but possibly an issue for people with mobility issues.

loved the size of the property and the location super comfortable beautiful scenery and near all the shops and beach staff were lovely

the oven wasn’t working and there was no toaster but they came and but they came and bought us a toaster! which was so nice also thought it had a proper bbq

The photos on the website do this apartment justice, it's very roomy, clean and pleasant to use. The large patio is especially nice, giving a choice between sitting outside in ambient temperature or inside with aircon. We all liked the kitchen, it was big enough and had enough kit for us to prepare nice breakfasts and lunches when it was too hot to go out during the day. The location is pretty good - about 5 minutes walk from the Polce gate into the old city. Be aware though that it's a hilly 5 minutes, but so is everywhere else. We knew Dubrovnik was going to be the most expensive part of our trip and, in that context, felt this apartment was pretty good value.
