[English] 1- During my recent stay at your hotel, I forgot a Benepom C-REST Pillow cervical cushion in room 104. 2- Despite my attempts to provide details about the object left in the room, it has not been recovered, which is unacceptable since I called the hotel approximately 10 hours after check-out. 3- This has caused me quite a bit of discomfort, since I was expecting a better service for the recovery of the forgotten cushion. 4- In theory the Hotel has smaller objects, even money that other guests have left, but an object measuring 33cm x 12.7cm x 8.3cm was impossible to find [Español] 1- Durante mi reciente estancia en su hotel, olvidé en la habitación 104 un cojín de cervical C-REST Pillow de Benepom. 2- A pesar de mis intentos y proporcionar detalles sobre el objeto olvidado en la habitación, no se ha logrado recuperar, cosa que es inaceptable ya que llame al hotel al cabo de 10 horas aproximadamente de haber hecho el check-out. 3- Esto me ha causado bastante molestia, ya que esperaba un mejor servicio para la recuperación del cojín olvidado. 4- En teoría el Hotel tiene objetos mas pequeños, incluso dinero que otros huéspedes han dejado, pero un objeto de 33cm x 12.7cm x 8.3cm fue imposible de encontrar

No towels available at the pool - guests were expected to bring their own. Unable to open a tab at the pool side bar, had to pay everytime we ordered drinks. Payment on arrival before the rooms were even seen. Small room next to lifts and cleaning cupboard meant it was noisy

Amazing and friendly staff! Hotel is nice, clean and good atmosphere.

Swimming pool a bit small and can get quite crowded. Lots of young people that can be a bit noisy (but we all been there :) ) The internal noise insulation could be better and every door slammed could be heard.

Location is very comfortable and central, not far away from bus station. Room was very clean all the days we stayed. Breakfast and dinner was more than enough for Us and it was delicious. Very nice lobby to sit and have drinks with excellent music. Windows were pretty good speaking about soundproofing because even in autumn people want to enjoy life in the city and other hotels;)

- The bed wasn't very comfortable - A bit of noise coming from outside
