The room is small and old. Staff is not very helpful.

A very clean, comfortable accommodation that is so very affordable and centrally located beside the beautiful Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. Thus accommodation also has parking, which is a bonus fir this part of old Quebec City! Our 2-day stay was made so wonderful having stayed at Hotel Chateau Bellevue, and the staff were all very amazingly helpful and friendly… of special note is Brenson, who was extremely kind and helpful during our check-out!

The location was perfect: within easy walking distance of the Citadel, Differin Terrace, the funicular to the lower town, the sights in the upper town, and parliament. The valet parking was excellent; we could see our car behind the hotel from our window and it was brought to the front entrance with minutes. There was coffee and tea available gratis in the lobby at all times.

Very minor: there were signs saying that there was a soda machine in the basement with the ice machine but there wad no soda machine.

Great location, easy access to all the sights. Helpful front desk staff. Free tea / coffee throughout day - good pit stop on return to hotel.

Decoration frayed around the edges. Could do with redecorating of bedrooms

hotel faced a beautiful park. the staff tried very hard when faced with difficult issues. Air conditioner broke down in hotel over weekend when it was 88 degrees out. The staff purchased fans for lobby to keep cool and offered to move us to their sister hotel after dinner. we asked that they put a fan in the room to draw the cool air in (yes, it went from 88 degrees during the day to 60 degrees that night). we used the fan and drawing outside air in made it comfortable. they also subtracted some of our hotel rate from the bill.

rooms were very small. breakfast was not interesting for CA $15 per person. the coffee/tea machine broke and they had to use small coffee machine that kept running out of coffee

pet friendly and very convenient to explore old city and the staff even charged our car without asking which helped us save a lot of time for our retrun.

Booking through booking.com we paid close to $500 per night for 3 nights. First night we were put in a lower level room with no view. Next day my husband asked why we didn't get a room with a view as booking.com said "deluxe room". We were then moved to a wonderful room #201 on the corner with many windows. In hindsight we should have said something immediately but the last two nights accommodation was wonderful.

Front entrance steps are a bit daunting as the door opens out, difficult to use as a senior.

Rooms were small, bed was hard and uncomfortable. TV was extra small with nothing to watch. We were there for 3 nights and never had anyone to clean the room and change the towels. No small fridge in the room to keep beverage and food cold. Very disappointed. Will never go back!!

This is the perfect dog friendly hotel, the location was PERFECT. We were able to walk EVERYWHERE in the old port, ans all over the plaines of Abraham with the dogs (2 large breed dogs). Hotel staff were kind, warm, friendly. Thé hôtel was pet friendly (the staff greeted our dogs with dog treats when we got there).

The room was extremely small, but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room so that wasn’t a big deal to us!

excellent location easy walk to attractions and restaurants, valet parking was a nice perk. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Bathroom smelt of blocked drainage, the rooms are not sound proof so could hear other guests till late at night which disturbed sleep a bit.

The hotel was lovely and the location was fantastic. The front desk staff were both so friendly and kind. While our room was quite small, it was comfortable and met our needs.

the room could have had cleaner floors [found some garbage and dust], as well, for a 'queen superior room' it was very small.

It was the best economy hotel ever! Thank you! Especially liked that you save fruits and bakery from the breakfast, never saw it before.
