Perfectly situated for a lovely stroll through the woodland down into bath. Gorgeous views. Amazing lobby and fireplace.

Porter was aggressively insistent on helping us unload our car. we had to insist that he leave us alone so that we could organize our things as we had been traveling for many days and had to reassemble our things. finally he provided a cart for us to begin to load our bags onto and my wife brought it to the room. when we were departing, I went to get a cart to do the same in reverse and a different porter wouldn't allow me. said it was against hotel policy for us to remove our own things. So I carried everything to the car via the parking elevator. I am not sure why this would be company policy. It wasn't a nice ending.

We love the Rimrock but it’s a bit tired looking. Accor and partners acquired while we were there and my understanding is that they will be starting an update and renovation on 2024. Love the Larkspur lounge and the ease in getting everywhere!

A misunderstanding with our reservation upon checkin had a charge that was double the Booking.com reservation rate. Front desk didn’t catch it, I did after the charge had been placed. It all worked out in the end, but just more attentiveness to detail would be expected.

The view was nice. Although it was blocked by trees. Could see the mountains a bit but mostly just the side of the hotel.

I could have gotten a room just like this for $89 dollars at the super 8 motel. There was absolutely nothing special about the rooms. $600 dollars/night was NOT WORTH IT.

Massage with Harry was great for both me and my daughter.

Spa facilities were small and lots of children running around pool/hot tub. I love kids but should be completely separate hot tubs within spa for female/male and no children.

Great location. Price was good. Service way above expected. Every department shined. Concierge guys were awesome.

Parking. A liitle pricey and we go in and out several times a day. Having valet is expected for a 1 or 2 night stay but we had a long stay...parking should have been included.

service in eden was a little too intrusive but food was unbelievably good charges for car park are per part of day not by hour so if you park over 2 days but less than 24 actual hours its 2 days cost
