The room was comfortable and quiet. It is in a great location near the gay village and the Metro stop. It was a great hotel for the money we paid. It also offered a free continental breakfast which is always a nice bonus when travelling.

There was no phone in our room. I had to go to the front desk to inform them that our TV wasn't working and there was no phone in the room. I didn't want to get charge for a missing phone. Also they charge a $250 security deposit which I find rather steep for a one night stay.

Nothing. I regret staying there

They collected security deposits of 250CAD twice making a total of 500 CAD from me, and they refused to refund any of the deposits till date. They are not responding to my mails and they no longer respond to my calls. I am not based in Montreal . I only went there for rest and recreation. I consider this act fraudulent, but what can I do?

L'emplacement est excellent pour nous et les lits sont super confortable. Le fait qu'ils ont ajouter le déjeuner est un bon +.

La propreté de la salle de bain était ordinaire et il y avait une coquerelle :(. Pour le stationnement, c'est préférable d'aller à celui publique, qui est la moitié du prix que ce l'hôtel charge pour le leur. Il n'y a pas de petit frigo et les murs sont en carton.

The hotel is well situated, a short walk to Ste-Catherine Street and Old Montreal. The hotel is kept very clean and there is on-site parking (for a fee). The beds are very comfortable.

very dirty lobby , room . the cleaning lady came around 8:45 asked us what time we were leaving, we told her like in about 2 hours and she got mad cause she wanted to clean the room right way. I won’t recommend this place ever .

Old, ruined furniture, dirty, smelly room

It was quiet clean, except a bathtub. The bathtub was quiet old. The beds were comfortable.

It is written in the rules that the secret deposit is returned after check out from the hotel. It's been more than a month. Where is my deposit? This is the first time I have encountered a deposit and you have not returned it to me! I'll have to call and demand my money. The stuff didn`t accept the call`s! I couldn`t call them! They didn`t answered the e-mail`s ! It`s terrible!

The location was ok

When we arrived they said our room was cancelled which we did not cancel. We had to leave a day early and asked if we would be refunded. We put our deposit down on credit card and paid cash for room.. they told us we would get a refund for the last night. Upon checking out we were told they can't give us cash and could not put it on our credit card. We were told someone would contact us that day or the next and they would have to mail us a.cheque...total joke.. called 5 days later after we never heard anything and the forget to give us back our deposit so the man did that over the phone and told me there was an issue with the anger quitting so.now I have to wait another 10 days before they could even send out the cheque.. it is unacceptable and ridiculous... we should of known when they told us our reservation was cancelled but still had rooms available bit jad to pay more something was up.. This place is so dis organized it is crazy... I will be going to Quebec Tourism for no one should have to wait weeks to get a refund.. I feel like I have been totally scammed and will never recieve the refund...

Location was near to the event I was attending. I was able to park on site. Staff were friendly and capable.

Bathtub drain seemed clogged. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Had difficulty signing on to Wifi.

The staff were fantastic and a nice area

Beds were very uncomfortable...VERY. Very dated room. Rooms were not at all sound proof, we could much noise from all of them. Windows had no screens and not very safe...kids could fall out if they wanted.

The location was good and the beds were comfortable.

Everything was very neglected and dirty. Shower head was broken, there were stains on towels and even the toilet paper was dissolving as you try to use it. Staff were like they are being forced to work.
