The location was where we wanted to be for our activities.

The swimming pool was shut down and no one informed us of that until after check in. Total game changer because we have children that were so excited to swim. Answers to why the pool was closed were sketchy, we were told all pools in the vicinity were closed, to wake up and see the next door hotel had people swimming. No ice maker EXCEPT for the 5th floor. So if we needed ice we had to trek to the 5th floor. Poor girl fixing breakfast was completely overwhelmed by herself trying to accommodate 100 people. Ran out of everything quickly and she was working diligently to replenish for the entire hotel it seemed. The one lady with the long hair braids was nice and very helpful but otherwise, staff was not helpful. The shampoo MOUNTED ON THE WALL, which I found to be annoying was empty and was not realized until after I was in the shower. My husband called for more… 15 minutes later someone finally brings refills. Needless to say that was an incredibly long shower. Just multiple issues with being told “room won’t be cleaned unless you request it,” which is fine but how do we get fresh towels?? We could never find a housekeeper. We were done after the first night. The beds were so uncomfortable. Had it not been a convenient location and holiday weekend, we would have left. We won’t be back and this facility gives Hampton a bad name.

On check in the demeanor of the gentleman checking me in was not very friendly and he almost charged my card twice. I did not feel welcomed or my business appreciated

Goede bedden, uitgebreid ontbijt voor vs normen, het was er stil voor te slapen maar wij sliepen op de 7de verdieping aan de achterkant!

Redelijk ver voor Atlanta centrum te bezoeken, ontbijt werdt niet goed aangevuld, er lag nog veel zwart haar op de badkamer en wij zijn licht blond dus....

We didn't know that cleaning was not daily.

The space and the location were nice.

The front desk was not very responsive. They NEVER answered the phone so we had to walk down for everything. We ran out of toilet paper and I let the front desk know but they never sent any so I had to just buy some. We never got our room serviced even though I requested it twice.

Quand il y a du monde au petit-déjeuner, l'attente est longue pour se servir. Il n'y a pas de tri sélectif, tout est jeté dans la même poubelle. Couverts et vaisselle en plastique au petit-déjeuner.

First allocated room smelt very bad of weed. We were sadly downgraded from a king room to a double room. We were told there was no price difference. The double room we stayed was clean, comfortable, good breakfast.

$75 deposit held for over a week, it’s far too long please be aware of this before booking.

Bei der Badewannenbrause muß die richtige Wassertemperatur eingestellt sein da der Wasserstrahl mit ziemlicher Wucht aus der Brause auf einen zuschießt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend aber die Präsentation könnte verbessert werden. Ich fand es etwas lieblos hergerichtet, Eier und Würstchen waren nur lauwarm. Da gibt es noch reichlich Luft nach oben.

When u checked in they at midnight, they gave me a key to a room that was already occupied!!! Scary at that hour for them. Then got another room with a toilet that did not flush!!

Good value for the money. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking.

Too much marijuana smoking going on inside/ outside the facility. They need to Crack down on this. Elevators sometimes painfully slow.

The property outside looks great. However, the room bathroom and the bathroom tub has mold or what looks like mold, in addition, the shower curtain smell awful and was dirty. It was the worst experience in a hotel that I had so far. I reported this to staff of the hotel, and nothing happens, I just cancel and book another hotel in the same location less than 0.5 mile away.
