no grab bars in the tube. mattress was broken down on both sides. no table to sit at to play card.

I had no knowledge on the “Trudeau refugee” situation. I don’t think many people do as our entire team was quite shocked. Do your research; there are just under 200,000 “visitors” From other countries that are now residences in the hotels. These families deserve a chance at a new life, job, opportunities etc… however it was still a bit of a shock when we realized only 40 or so rooms were actually hotel visits and the remaining rooms were residents of the hotel. We did not receive room service( towels/ room cleaning ) unless we specifically requested. They hotel gym was great! Don’t be too shocked to see tiny kids in pjs using the elevators by themselves, day and night…. very late at night. None the less the staff members were friendly and clearly doing their best with the situation at hand. Security was always present, keeping an eye on the “partying” in the parking lot. Friendly service, would stay again if the rates were a little more reasonable in comparison to the accommodations.

I did not like the property it was very dark dinghy and way too expensive

It was not clean, the staff was not helpful and I am completely disappointed

we specially asked for a longer check out time due to the time required to get two kids ready and fed. although we were promised an extra hour at check in, 15 mins after normal check out time we were getting calls asking to leave. we had to rush and check out 30 mins early than we expected.

The staff was super friendly and the room was very comfortable. I loved that I was within walking distance of the Falls and the casino area.

I wish there had been more options for food/breakfast later in the evenings. The iHop closes at 2pm and the lobby only had a small snack selection that was mostly candy. There also wasn't any type of seating area in the lobby.
