Sheets were clean

Water slide wasnout of commission, ice machine was out of order, bathtub was dirty, garbage bags and vacuum left out in the hallway, security was not dealing with people running in the hallway all night long.

Lots to do there if you want. There is an attached pub and a gambling room, pool, dinner theater.

Our stay was alright a few noise issues with the bathroom fan running constantly. Wouldn't shut off. My main issue was the fact that I had booked a double queen room about a month ago. When we went to check in we were told that there were no queen rooms available. When I had booked there were several double queen rooms available. If I had wanted a king room I could have booked one.

The pool and slide were a fun bonus for my daughter, and having two on site restaurants was nice.

The room was cold and smelled as if it had been smoked in at one point. I asked for a better blanket but was told the thin fleece was all they had available.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was dark. The staff at the front desk and the manager did address our issues, it appeared that maintenance was going to fix the lock before we left. I was impressed with the staff how they handled their response to the negative situations, we didn't say much when checking out and seemed to notice that we had an issue, as we probably wouldn't have said anything, we had sent a message to the property through the booking website the night before .

We were on a layover. I booked due to the airport shuttle- listed as free on the website in two different places. When I called for the shuttle I was informed that they don't or have ever had a shuttle. Therefore, an additional 30 dollars each way, Uber, will now add to the cost of this stay. The front desk girl was pleasant and explained that booking is not up to date with this, and it's an ongoing issue, but, The pool information is up to date, (it's closed) We went to the tavern, which was fine to say the most, but the bathrooms at the lobby were horrifying. Almost all toilets needed to be flushed, a few 🌕 a few 💩, The room smells of cleaner and deodorizer but doesn't hide the musty smell. The flip lock on the door was broken.

Location

Restaurant service poor as waitresses to busy and have to watch the front too. Were only 2 on at the busiest times.

King size bed was comfortable. The room was a good size.

Pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable.

Room was clean and quite large. Waterslide was Great.

Vent blowing cold air with icicles on it near waterslide stairway. Water could have been warmer. T.V in room very small.
