Cute hotel.. I have stayed there several times.all the rooms are different. It's not fancy but charming. Staff is extremely accommodating. We came in late due to a flight and they waited.

I only stayed the night. I thought the price could have been a little lower. Ii wish check out was still at 12 like it used to be. Every where now, even for Air b and B, it's 11am.

This is a wonderful little place that has everything we were looking for: great location, affordable, talked away on a quiet side street, charm. Would love to come back and really enjoyed our stay.

Only thing that might have been different is warmer blankets on the bed it was a little bit chilly at night

I was given a ground floor unit in a block opposite the reception. the room’s big enough, cosy, clean, and everything inside functions. Short walk to all the popular spots

The water pressure in the bathroom was quite low, making shower a little difficult

Loved our room. It was ideal for a couple. It was very clean and nicely modernized.

Parking is always a challenge in the Old City but achievable with a little effort and careful maneuvering.

Location, location, location!

Our room was on the ground level and we've seen bugs crawling on the floor. Room needs some freshening up and renovation. Furniture were old looking and drapes have seen better days. Parking is available but you have to pay per day.

Great location, short walking distance from the city center. Our room had everything we needed.

Location was great right in Vieux Québec, close to great options to have breakfast and eat. The parking next to the building was one of the reasons we chose this hotel, since we drove to Québec. The pictures and name make justice to this old hotel where you get to your room through creaking stairs. The room size is decent, we even had a desk, a small TV (and a DVD! people still uses that?) that we didn't use, we were always too tired. Bed was comfortable and room was pretty quiet, even with all the wood of the hotel.

Bathroom could be bigger and there was no breakfast, and no view, but we knew where we were going. You wouldn't expect those things in such a small hotel. It was very nice.

Room was fine no complaints at all. Fantastic location, central to everything you need to visit.

Pity there wasn’t a lift. Had to carry suitcases to 2nd floor.

I loved the location very friendly fridge,microwave,dishes and coffee maker included. equipped with everything you need.
