Lot of noise from the air conditioning, peaple and childrens walking hard and making lots of noise

It near good news places to visit

the power failure we faced without notice

No breakfast , mist people to take care

Freeze didn’t work properly.

We did not stay at the hotel due to the smell and overall filth of the family suite.

We tried to receive a refund however the hotel would not provide one. We ended up leaving without a refund because the room was so bad.

Actually what I didn’t like: No breakfast facility or amenities, cleanliness in the corridors not to the standard, accessibility terrible from the road and in the hotel, finally expensive considering the state of the hotel, its location and total lack of service

Nice facility close to many restaurants, welcoming staff, good sized beds, cleanliness, swimming pool on site.

The room and the bathroom were not very big in size for the family of 4 people. The hotel is located in a bit noisy area.

I didnt like much. Free parking was great.

mattress was horrible. corridor were full of debris. Front desk employee at arrival was rude. Look like she hate her job and people. no breakfast.

Room was ok. Not spotless, but clean. sheets and towels were clean. bath was clean (those are important) Ok to stay if on a budget (like I was), but even if things are not top quality or older, vacuuming and dusting the hallways are a minimum. fix signage inside: was very confusing to get to our room....

No breakfast a paper bag with a muffin and an apple. No service

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was really nice.

There was a weird smell in the corridors. The bathroom was not really clean, the walls were dirty and there was many stains on the carpet in the room. The breakfast was not really appropriate for everyone (lot of milk product) and not a lot of choice. The place is really not adapted for wheelchairs.
