Service at the restaurant was very good and the food was to good

The recepción lady was so mean very bad service she was angry and unrespecfull I was about to leave yes because of she, sorry but I don't think I'm coming back

the location was perfect. amenities were great and staff were reliable and accommodating.

bathtub wasn’t clean. tv was too small to watch anything let alone hook up a device to play on it.

I like that the AC made the temperature bearable and there was a pool

The staff kept messing up my reservation and put me in the wrong room . They only provided one half roll of to for my 5 day stay for multiple guests . They couldn’t provide more than 3 towels knowing we had a room of 5. The trash can was super small and no trash bags .

The room was amazing will be back again

I enjoy this property’s location. Although it’s bit away from the strip. it’s more accessible with less traffic.

The parking and location were good.

The check in policy! The hotel left my people to sleep in the street! The manager was unbending and rude to my people Adrian Avila, Simeon Nikolov, Damian Flores. I went to the lobby the night before when I checked into the hotel, spoke to Jasmine at the desk confirmed their booking, and I said they'd be arriving late the next night. From my understanding, none of that was record anywhere. The my team worked 18 hours when they arrived and have a long day today. The hotel left them to sleep on the street. The night night I checked in I paid for five people 3 there they other two checking in at midnight. i was issued their room keys. i left them at the desk so when they arrived they could go straight to their room. The lobby initially turned them away. Strange hotel! I am very upset needless to say! I've lost my voice and can't talk. Please email or text me.

It was very clean and spacious easy to navigate parking was very helpful considering the area is very busy.aswell as great location close to strip and other areas.

Room tv was beginning to show needs replacement but still very manageable.

Room was spacious and clean! I loved having in room coffee/tea. Happily surprised by the Great sized bathtub as well

Breakfast is not provided but there is a Denny’s and McDonalds close by. The structure is great. You can park in right in front of your room.

They are under renovation. The reception is in a small trailer room or container van
