Beautiful and great location

Friendly receptionists. Rooms with sea view are very nice. Good GYM. Pool and Jacuzzi very nice.

Extremely slow service in the Valet, Pool bar and long lines in reception. Alex Lopez and the valet manager made a confusion and argued with me about different parking options, which they did not explain properly. Telephones don't work, in any of my family's rooms.

The area. The friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean large incredibly comfortable bed. Great view across the beach to watch the sun come up

The room was over the air conditioning station that was noisy however the glass doors were good enough to silence them

I liked that this hotel was in Miami and that it had a Starbucks in it-- that's about it.

The staff just wasn't great. They monitored the pool in a really weird way where there were just a ton of rules for no reason. There was one guy in particular who was there nearly every day who was super annoying. It's hard to explain but an example is that he wouldn't let our friend get a pool chair because her room wasn't yet ready (not her fault) even though there were ten empty lounge chairs. The front desk staff too was slow, unresponsive, and just not customer service oriented. There would routinely be a line of six people and just one person at the front desk. They called us at 9:30 a.m. on a Saturday to try to sell us a timeshare (we're on vacation! we want to be able to wake up when we're ready!). The hotel itself was flooding on every floor so it smelled terrible when we got off our elevator. Despite the pool being open until 10 p.m., they routinely stopped towel service before the sun even went down. Just overall an unnecessarily annoying stay.

The location is great! This was My second time stay at this hotel...I love it!

Your staff is so rude and service too Yesterday I was on the desk for ask to solve the problem of the wc in the bathroom that is blocked and we can t use , i m here with 2 sons one is 13 years old the other 24, … was 10:40 pm at the desk the woman told me that they haven t another room because the hotel was full… I told or you fix or you give me another room ! The woman say “ I try to fix “ …. I come back at hotel after party at 02:30 and the bathroom was still broken …. I come to the desk , and I ask for a key for use the bathroom, and at the desk they say “ mouse your staff in another room “ I replay , I can t now wake up my son , and muove all my staff , I can at 11 pm but not now , and the staff answer “ or you Miu e or you stay in this room !” I replay , l I have a little don , is late , I can’t , please let me use another bathroom tomorrow we leave , and is insane to lay for a room that have no bathroom , and when I. The evening i Asked for morve in another room you told me isn’t possible , and now at 02,30 am is possible !!!!!”””” Very bad staff ! Very big trouble !!!!! Everything. Never went. You all were supposed to get me a cancelation fee refund, but you didn't even try. I still got charged. It is not fair. I canceled a half hour after booking and still got charged. I will never ever book with you guys. I will be sending negative reviews with everyone. Unless you get me my refund.

Updates to rooms

The room was a good size.

It is a very tired looking property. All around there was chipped woodwork and doors and windows weren’t that clean. The mirror in the bathroom was all black around the edge where it was worn out. There were a few hairs around the floor which weren’t mine. The door frame to the patio could have done with a good clean. Had to go for breakfast in a separate place called Lolos. We had breakfast included but you could only have one American breakfast and the other breakfast had to be a choice of only 4 items. On the second day they tried to charge us for coffee and juice. It is also more in need of a refresh and the inside of the door is filthy. The floors outside look like they needed a good scrub. All in all very disappointed with this hotel. It’s expensive to stay there and in my opinion not worth 4 stars. Certainly would not stay here again.

No….microwave in the room. Fridge in the room was not balanced , things kept rolling out! !!!

Too many steps to get around…. to the beach, Starbucks Dogs allowed on the beach and in the water. Dogs not wearing a leash

The rooms were tiny, the pools were hot and not refreshing. The cost of food and drinks was insane. The extra charge for Wi-Fi and umbrellas at the beach were an extra charge which I thought was crazy given the price of the hotel.

The location was excellent.

Breakfast was outside of the building.
