Being so close to the interstate it gave full access to Murfreesboro and Nashville
Is this a Hilton owned property…. If so the staff need to be in some type of uniform…. The hotel is a little old and could use a redo, there was paint pealing off the walls and ceiling in certain areas. The carpet in my room was pretty dirty, I pulled my shoes off and walked around in the room only to see that my socks were black from the dirt and different items left in the carpet.

Cleanliness and the breakfast and being able to order from the hotel
Well I’m a travel nurse and I came here to have a day of swimming rest and relaxation. However the pool was closed and this kind of ruined my self care day before starting my new travel assignment

The staff was friendly and helpful. When we arrived at our room, I realized we had the wrong room assigned (one king bed and I needed 2 queens). The front desk staff was very helpful, friendly and moved us right away.
The room was not clean, the lighting was bad, the bed was HARD.

All staff friendly and welcoming except for Friday evening about 6 p.m. Very clean and quiet. Great for sleeping. Breakfast Sat morning was great. Reservations thru Booking.com went very well. Ample parking and great location.
Staff member at check-in not welcoming at all. Swimming pool Friday evening so strong it burned the eyes. Little better by Saturday. Breakfast shut down early Sunday morning, unannounced.

Easy to find room. Pool wasn't crowded
Waited an hour after check in for my room to be ready. Smelled off in the room like someone was a heavy smoker. Didn't complain to front desk bc I was told after saying something about the hour delay they weren't going to provide me a different room. Pool and hottub smelled heavily like chemicals. Enough to burn your eyes. They charged me more than they were supposed to with no explanation and didn't provide a receipt. The lighting flickered on and off

My sheets were full of someone's hair also with stains, it was corrected quickly thought I just was super surprised because you are Hilton garden inn.

Cleanliness in the room was good as well.
The TV in the room we were in was messed up as the screen had dots on it. The circles were pretty big. There's definitely something wrong with the set

Besides the facilities being very clean and comfortable with all the creature comforts the staff was AMAZING! Especially Erica!!! She even called up to the room shortly after our arrival to make sure everything was satisfactory. Everyone there was very accommodating!

Location..
The staff wasn't that helpful at all.. no kid shows available on the TV because we was told they keep changing services. We got charged $30 per night for any accidentals. Also we was charged 314 for 2 nights and they charged us 348 total then when we checked out they charged us 400... we called up there and they could not answer as to why we was charged we have to call and talk to a manager that's only there for 20 minutes. No maintenance available when we arrived. They couldn't even find a plunger...
