The grill bar and pool areas are nice

It's right next door to the VA Medical Center. We drive a long distance for my husband's appointments at the NW VA Clinic, which are often scheduled for early morning. Driving in the evening before his appointments and staying at the hotel let's us miss the heavy San Antonio morning freeway traffic. The less stress, and a good night's rest.

It's a little pricey.

No insulation between rooms. I was able to hear the people in the next room. And they kept me up most of the night.

How thin the walls were. I could hear the person in the next room snoring and coughing. They left their TV on also. No extra blankets. Not enough big towels.

The breakfast was not free like most holiday inns

The front desk staff to housekeeping staff were all very nice and friendly. The breakfast was better the second day than the first. They had eggs, bacon, biscuits, sausage, Oatmeal, waffles, fruit, yogurt, and cereal. Kids eat free! Shuttle is available to SeaWorld.

One of the elevator's doors did not stop like they normally do when period are getting on, but the front desk said they'd have it looked at immediately.

Absolutely loved the shuttle to Sea World. It was convenient not having to drive after a long day at the park. The man driving the shuttle was so nice.

The restaurant. We had the buffet and it was all old food definitely was not worth the 14$ we paid for

Facility was clean, we had a few drinks at the lounge/bar bartender was a young military gentleman that was very friendly and amazing!!

They had an indoor and outdoor pool with an onsite restaurant. The rooms were fantastic. They had full-size dove shower products in the bathroom, the beds were comfy, and the room had a fresh clean scent. The shower itself was amazing and the room felt very open. It was busy but the staff had everything moving smoothly while still being very hospitable. I called for some additional bedding and some bags that were delivered to my room very quickly. Best stay I've had anywhere to date.

The parking lot wasn't lit at the time of my visit. I still felt safe as it was a good area. The hotel itself was well-lit outside it provided some additional visibility but it was a little hard to see as we parked fairly far from the front entrance.

clean, friendly staff and comfy beds. can’t go wrong staying here. love that it also has an indoor and outdoor pool.

parking can be a bit complicated but other than that I love it here.
