The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The stopper in the bathroom tub did not work for bath.

Breakfast was good. Location was premium with the enclosed walkway taking me to and from the show.

after losing my wallet, i wasn’t allowed to check in because i didn’t have a physical card. i did have tap to pay-(not apple pay- i was made aware this isn’t accepted) from my bank directly. i also have a digital card i offered. no one even offered to talk to a manager or help me in any way… they just turned me away. the lack of customer service was astounding. after that interaction, i am glad i didn’t stay there. i would hate to give anyone at that property anything except bad reviews. your front desk sets a tone. the tone set by the two girls at the desk was deafening.

 Close to event location. Breakfast was excellent. Service was top notch.
